Finishing

Discover the finishing process in our iron foundry. Every casting is cleared of burrs, gates, and risers to ensure a high-quality final product. During and after grinding, we perform a visual inspection, where our staff checks for any casting defects. This allows us to guarantee the quality and consistency of every piece.

The finishing department performs the following tasks:

• Deburring and removal of gates and risers
• Grinding and smoothing of surfaces
• Visual inspection for casting defects
• Preparation for further treatment or delivery
