In our melting shop, innovation and efficiency converge in our two powerful induction furnaces. With a maximum capacity of 3,500 kg per furnace, they form the heart of our production capacity.

Thanks to the use of induction furnaces, we are flexible and able to produce a wide range of cast iron alloys. With a melting capacity of 3,000 kg per hour, our furnaces guarantee fast, consistent, and reliable production.

At Geraedts Iron Foundry, we combine productivity with sustainability. Our furnaces run on 100% green energy, minimizing energy consumption and significantly reducing our ecological footprint. In this way, we not only deliver high-quality castings but also actively contribute to a better environment.

In our casting process, experience and technology converge to produce castings of the highest quality. Our founders meticulously manage the entire process, from melting the iron to filling the moulds. Utilizing ladle and stream inoculation, material quality is guaranteed, ensuring you can rely on the desired result.

Whether it involves small components or large, complex castings, our foundry offers full control over the casting process and guarantees consistent results. With a maximum gross casting weight of approximately 13,500 kg, we can realize even the most challenging projects.
